translators and translation agencies that are currently available
for additional work can register in the
Translators’ Database. The
database is open to all translators and clients. Database users
do not necessarily have to work with TTN; they may also send translation
jobs directly to translators registered in the database.
The Translators’
Database helps TTN recruit skilled translators. Translators or agencies
that work regularly with TTN are no longer listed in the publicly
accessible database.
To find the
translator you are looking for quickly and easily you must enter
the right search criteria.
The database
immediately produces a list of translators who meet your search
criteria.The system provides
detailed information about the experience and fields of specialization
of the translators you are searching. Details on hardware and software
as well as any other services are also shown immediately.
The “View
CV” option allows you to view the translator’s CV. The CV
contains information about the translator’s education, training
and previous employment history to facilitate your search for a
highly competent translator.
